Media Project 2 update

So at 2 weeks into the project, its time for an update.


The plan from now till week 6 is as follows

Week 1 : Informed of project and assigned groups (complete)

• Group is Colm, Tony, Evan, Darren

Week 2 : Initial research to decide how to approach the project. (complete)

• Colm : Facts and details about 1916 Rising
• Tony : Facts and details about 1916 Rising
• Evan : Facts and details about 1916 Rising
• Darren : How to prepare a documentary / different styles 

Week 3 : 
Last week we had a group meeting, where we discussed what we had researched to date. Everyone agreed to post up online what we had done. From this initial research we decided to break the story that we are going to tell down into 4 sections, each of which will have 1 minute of on-air time in the final animation. Each section would be further researched by the persons who are taking each part.
The breakdown is as follows:

Colm : Is taking the first minute, taking in the events leading up to the rising.
Tony : Is taking the second minute, which will be half of the events of the rising itself.
Evan : Is taking the third minute, finishing off the events of the rising.
Darren : Is taking the final minute, which will account for the effects of the rising from 1916 - 1923.

We are going to meet on Friday 26th to further develop this and agreed next steps for the next week.

Week 4 : Further development of the storyboards by each member, of their section of the piece.
Discussion and plan to be put in place regarding the presentation.
